An Easy Solution for Healthy Skin

 Another reason to love my juicer.  I just read this article that points to new research stating that adding more fruits and vegetables to our diet will make us look better! The study concluded that eating 5 or more different fruits or vegetables a day can add more luster to our skin.

It turns out the phytochemicals that give fruits and vegetables their color also give our skin a healthy glow.   Red and orange fruits and veggies such as carrots, tomatoes and red pepper add to our cheek’s rosy glow.  Avocados, which are full of essential fatty acids plumps up our skin and keeps it smooth, and the Vitamin C found in strawberries and oranges can help reduce wrinkles keeping our skin youthful!  Sounds good and easy!
