Planks!

I saw this post from City Fitness Philly and I wanted to take the challenge.  It seems so easy…to start!  But you know how it is with Facebook posts, you see a good idea, maybe even start it, but then quickly lose the post in your news feed and forget all about it! (At least that is what I do)

Anyway I want to give this a try, and so I am reposting it here for 2 reasons:

  1. To make myself accountable and to actually do it, and
  2. To let you share in the fun!

Day 6 – REST  10/28 lots of planks during yoga

Day 30 – PLANK FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!!  — Overall not so good, I didn’t do my planks everyday, at least I got back to it every so often.

    • The challenge starts out so gentle…20 seconds, we can do that! We’ll see what happens as we get through the month!
